Effective 30 October 2026. This policy is for Cedar Post, a private household mail-filing tool. It applies only to the account owner’s own Google account.
The app requests access to the owner’s Gmail so it can read messages and file them into folders in that same mailbox. It does not send mail.
Message data is used only to file the owner’s receipts, shipping notices, and bill reminders. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold.
The sign-in token and any working copies stay on the owner’s computer. Nothing from the mailbox is stored on this website.
Gmail data is not shared with other people. The owner can revoke the app at Google Account permissions.
Questions go to the User support email listed on this app’s Google OAuth consent screen.
